Position: Flight Instructor
Location: Phoenix, Arizona – AviaSim USA
AviaSim USA is hiring a dedicated flight instructor to welcome guests into the world of aviation through our high-tech flight simulators. From stepping into an Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 cockpit simulator flight to experiencing full airline simulator sessions, you’ll guide people as they take the controls like a real aircraft pilot.
This role is perfect for aviation enthusiasts who enjoy interacting with the public and know their way around a plane simulator or aircraft simulator. You’ll help guests experience plane flying with realistic flight sim controls, authentic airplane cockpits, and even the satisfying feel of the plane throttle.
As a flight instructor, you will:
- Complete hands-on training with our airplane simulator systems before leading guest sessions
- Guide individuals, families, and corporate groups from pre-flight briefing through landing
- Customize each flight sim for guest goals — from casual airplane simulator games and flying simulator games to serious pilot training or fear of flying programs
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Hold a valid pilot’s license
- Are dependable, approachable, and team-focused
- Can adapt quickly to different guest needs and situations
- Are confident using technology and simulator equipment
Pay: Based on experience
Start Date: Flexible, based on Phoenix operational needs
