About our AviaSim Chicago center
- Simulator Details: AviaSim Chicago is part of AviaSim USA, the largest network of flight simulators open to the public in America, and our Itasca center is equipped with a full-scale Airbus A320 replica cockpit, providing a realistic and immersive flight experience.
- Arrival Instructions: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for restroom breaks and check-in.
- Getting Here & Parking: Our simulator is located inside the Eaglewood Resort & Spa in Itasca, which has a large on-site parking lot, subject to the resort’s own terms. AviaSim does not manage parking.
- Extend Your Flight: Eaglewood Resort & Spa also offers overnight stays, a championship golf course, a full-service spa, bowling and several dining options, an easy way to turn your session into a weekend. Bookings and rates are handled directly by the resort.
- No Experience Needed: Since 2012, AviaSim has welcomed more than 200,000 flyers into the captain’s seat, guided by a professional flight instructor. Every AviaSim location is a permanent, year-round center, and sessions are open to anyone, with no previous flying knowledge required.

Just share the boarding pass you get after checkout—it includes everything they need to schedule their flight through our online booking system. They can pick the date and time that suits them best. The boarding pass is valid for three years, and the price is never displayed.
