The program takes place over a half-day (2 sessions of 2 hours each), divided into two steps:

One-on-one exchange about your fears, past experiences, and specific triggers.
The instructor explains how airplanes work (aerodynamics, safety, weather, procedures, handling unusual situations).

Flight simulation session (2h)
