About our San Antonio location
- Our San Antonio location is now in pre-sale, with the first flight simulator sessions scheduled at the beginning of August 2026.
- Simulator Details: Our San Antonio location features an A320 simulator, providing a realistic and immersive flight experience. All AviaSim centers are permanent locations operating year-round. Since 2012, AviaSim has welcomed more than 80,000 happy customers.
- Arrival Instructions: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for restroom breaks and check-in. AviaSim does not include or oversee parking.

Just share the boarding pass you get after checkout—it includes everything they need to schedule their flight through our online booking system. They can pick the date and time that suits them best. The boarding pass is valid for three years, and the price is never displayed.
